Scott joined the A|B Team as COO in December of 2016 after working with his good friend Josh, CEO, in an advisory capacity for several months. As they had been discussing the history, the team, the operating model in place at the time and began envisioning the possibilities, and after a good dinner at a local favorite for Mexican food, it was apparent the two would be stronger working together and would have fun building a great team and company.
Scott brings senior operations and sales executive experience spanning more than 25 years of experience as the member of leadership teams that spearheaded the rapid and sustained growth of leading outsourcing and operational transformation service providers. He brings expertise in executive relationship management and consultative selling helping to establish and motivate effective sales teams, formulating strategic operational strategies and sales strategies during his highly successful career.
Scott’s career started at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a part of the first BPO deal team in the industry, to being a member of the deal team for IBM’s acquisition of PwC Consulting, establishing BPO and Business Transformation Outsourcing business at IBM, through wrapping up his consulting career at Accenture closing over $1b in long-term complex deals for Accenture, performing various leadership roles including the North America Chemical Industries Sales Lead setting strategy for delivery of: Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Transformation and Procurement Transformation for the Specialty Chemicals Industry Segment.
Scott and his wife Susan have three children ranging in ages from 10 to 22, and can be found enjoying family time together snow skiing, traveling, enjoying family time at the ranch, or out on the soccer fields of North Texas cheering on their youngest daughter’s competitive soccer team. They are actively involved at the First United Methodist Church of Coppell, volunteered and supported the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and Pinkerton Elementary. Scott is also a board member for the non-profit Achieve – A Place to Grow, helping support adults with disabilities. Scott received his education at Baylor University.

Wes joined the A|B Team as Director of Professional Services in June of 2017. He knew that he wanted to work with the A|B Leaders immediately upon meeting them as it was evident that they shared the same passion with respect to living honorably, working hard, maintaining strong client relationships, and being results driven.
Being in the Technology industry since 2002, Wes envisioned and began an FCC Licensed DOCSIS, Internet Service Provider or ISP company in West Texas. This experience led to rapid growth which had to be tightly managed since the business was self funded. Along with the ISP there was a cable television service, a small chain of eleven Convenience Stores, as well as Real Estate investments that Wes made and managed. He has since collapsed the Cable System for additional capacity with the ISP, merged the ISP into a larger regional player and saw to the divestment of the Convenience Store chain. He loves to continue following and investing in the Real Estate markets, and considers it a habit of his, buying his first duplex in Temple Texas during 1997.
Wes brings senior level operations leadership, management, customer service, research, and solutions to the table at A|B. He is always willing to be a strong team player and deploys a certain level of empathy to all he does whether it be in training or process improvements. Having been the President and CEO of his own companies over the past 16 years, you can be sure he has been around the block several times with bricks and mortar and technology business industries, striving to continuously improve along the way.
Born a 6th generation Texan, Wes grew up in northwest Houston. He has two beautiful daughters whom he has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering in their schools, church, and all manner of social activities. Additionally, Wes spent over 11 years volunteering for the West Texas Boys Ranch Board of Directors. During that time he successfully assisted his Executive Director with the acquisition of Sonrisas Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program from MOSAIC into the WTBR, agreeing to a three year term on its board to ensure a smooth transition, and has volunteered his time and talent as a Rodeo Committeeman for The San Angelo Stock Show And Rodeo since 2003.
Besides real estate and A|B, Wes also appreciates spending time outdoors in the wilderness areas of Colorado. He genuinely believes working at A|B is challenging, but mostly fun because of its People and its Product.
Matt DavisConsulting Services ManagerClose

Originally from England, Matt arrived in Texas in 2015, and joined the AccuBuild Sales and Marketing team in 2016, and absorbed the Accounts Receivable responsibilities shortly afterwards. Matt was co-responsible for the successful execution of the 2016 AccuBuild Users Conference in San Antonio, Texas. Since then, Matt has transitioned into the Professional Services team as Consulting Services Manager, where he is responsible for AccuBuild’s Business Analysts, ensuring that they are maintaining a high-touch relationship with our customers.
Before joining the AccuBuild team, Matt worked in the insurance industry for 12 years, as well as moonlighting as a bartender. Whilst he was not one of those fancy cocktail bartenders, he can pour you a great pint of beer or glass of wine (so please don’t ask him to make you a Chocolate Martini or a Strawberry Mojito).
Outside of a work environment, Matt is a keen football fan (soccer to us Americans) and has a Jack Russell-Chihuahua puppy named Jax.

When I was a kid in high school I wanted to be a programmer and be like Bill Gates. I went to school for programming and then decided to join the Air Force, which was one of the best experiences of my life.
After the Air Force I had a wonderful first career in IT and eventually became a programmer and loved every second of it. Then one day an event happened and I decided to switch paths and pursue my first love and passion: Sales and Marketing. I did not know anything about it, but knew one thing, I loved sales and market. I read as many books I could get my hands on, studied the great sales leaders and marketers and became a student. Still today I am thirsty to learn what I do not know about sales and marketing.
I have worked with some amazing companies such as Nike, US Olympic Committee, Dell, Fish The Baja, SAP, HornsIllustrated, Texas Veterinary Board and under even more amazing people. I love sales and marketing and wake up each day thinking about it. The one thing that draws me to it is people. Sales and marketing involves people, customers and colleagues. This is truly what drives me. Getting to engage with others and be a part of their journey to success.
The other side of me, my personal life, you can often find me swimming at Barton Springs Pool in Austin. This is one of my favorite places in the all the world. I love watercolor painting, reading, studying great people and writing (love writing) Funny story: I took writing 101 six times in college and still to this day need someone to look over my work. Sad, but truthful.

Solution ArchitectI have over 35 years experience in construction accounting with various types of contractors, including residential developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.My first introduction to AccuBuild (then known as Stearns Construction Info Systems) was in 1992 while working for a grading contractor who was already a customer. I later moved to AccuBuild and started providing software support, training and implementation services full time in 1996. As the Senior Support Analyst, I was also involved in the creation of custom reports and the production of the software manual and training videos.In 2017, I joined the development team as a Solution Architect. I enjoy working with our customers to discover how we can best provide them with a tailored solution that fits their specific business needs.

I’m a dual nationality citizen that moved over to Georgetown, Texas, from England in February 2012. In my previous role in the UK, I worked in the insurance industry for 10 years leading a successful team of underwriters, claim handlers and customer service representatives. Started working at AB in June 2012 as part of the sales team and since then, have had a taste of various departments. I am the Infrastructure and Helpdesk Manager ensuring our cloud environment is always up and running and ensuring services levels are in place and are met. In my spare time I like to travel (caught the Vegas bug!), go to the local rooftop bar to enjoy the breathtaking sunset and also go for walks with my border mix puppy!

Wendy joined the AccuBuild team in April, 2017. She brings with her over twenty years of experience as a Software Development Manager. She is a seasoned IT professional with extensive working experience developing, deploying, and evaluating Enterprise Software products. She received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, minor in Computer Science at State University of New York, Binghamton.
Wendy leads the development team in creating new products and customizing current products for our customers. Her strength lies in her ability to understand the architecture of the code, the complexity of the databases, as well as IT requirements for the A|B Product Suite. Her focus is assuring A|B’s customers’ needs are met. She has the innate ability to foresee issues as an end-user and translate those issues to solutions within the architecture of the software. Super complicated, but incredibly useful for the A|B developers and customers alike.
In her spare time, Wendy is a talented artist working in many mediums but especially ceramics and textiles. You can find her in her ceramic studio behind her house throwing porcelain bowls or producing whimsical creations. When it gets too cold (yes, we have winter in Texas), Wendy picks up needles and crochets or knits pretty much anything she can imagine.
She lives with her husband, Ron (also an IT/Software Professional) and their two daughters, Hannah and Sophia. They have a Heinz 57 dog named Jojo, a fluffy cat named Cloudy, some bunnies and several chickens.
